Just days before the film Bully is released, Justin Bieber lends his support. His song, “Born To Be Somebody” is being used in the film’s latest TV spot.

Bieber is the latest in a number of musicians and celebrities promoting the film’s release. With the help of a petition from high school student Katy Butler to change the R rating to PG 13 everyone from Demi Lovato to Ellen DeGeneres have been championing the film.

“Born To Be Somebody” is played underneath footage of one young student being harassed on a school bus and another boy being hit.

“Bullying is an epidemic in America. But the need to stand against it is the cure,” the trailer states.

“My fans are always up for supporting a great cause. It’s one of the things I’m most proud of as an entertainer,” Bieber said. “I hope they see Bully with their friends and help start the conversation so we can end bullying.”

Bully will be released in theaters this Friday.

Meanwhile, Bieber revealed the latest clip to his upcoming music video for current single “Boyfriend.”

In between tweets urging the fans to get his single back to No. 1, he revealed that there will be multiple collaborations in the works with his “big bro” Usher.
