[photogallerylink id=82726 align=left]Without question, Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg delivered the most star-studded set of the Coachella weekend complete with a holographic Tupac Shakur. What seemed like an endless line of celebrities lined the exit rows and center mix position. Rihanna, perched on the shoulders of a security guard, bounced to the beat while seemingly enjoying herself.
Later on in the set, a long-haired Katy Perry joined her on the shoulders of another security guard as did Ke$ha. Lindsay Lohan, Fergie, Xzibit, Usher, DJ Skeet Skeet and David Hasselhoff were also in the mix.

On stage, Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg were joined by Tony Yayo and Kurupt for “P.I.M.P,” 50 Cent for “In Da Club (It’s Your Birthday),” Wiz Khalifa during “Young, Wild, and Free,” and Eminem for “I Need A Doctor” and “Forgot About Dre” as well as a new song with Dr. Dre’s new protege Kendrick Lamar.
Dre and Snoop went through a geographical roll call asking the audience where they were from, starting with East Coast cities, ending with Los Angeles which set them up for the introduction of “California Love.”
After the side screens displayed vintage footage of Frank Sinatra singing “Good-Bye,” the lights went out. A cityscape was then shown on the screen behind the stage as a hologram of the late Tupac Shakur rose from the floor. The lifelike hologram was allegedly created by Digital Domain in Venice, California.
Within minutes of his appearance someone had already created a Twitter account from hologram version of Tupac.
Yo Coachella you showed me love. Some of you got scared… It’s cool I understand.

While there were rumors that a Nate Dogg hologram would also appear, instead there was a video montage of the deceased singer’s hits. Regardless, festival-goers and musicians were impressed.
I think I might have cried when I saw Tupac. #coachella

Meanwhile, Rihanna shared the same sentiment.
