This past thursday [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Rick Ross[/lastfm] was cruising the waters of Miami on his yacht when cops attempted to raid him with a drug bust.

Apparently the strong aroma of marijuana in the air is what initially prompt the cops to seek what was going on, but by the time they actually pulled Ross over there was no evidence of drugs on the yacht. According to TMZ

Cops tell us one of Rick’s homies ADMITTED to smoking weed onboard the ship … but claimed he threw the dope overboard when he noticed the officers.

If you asked me Ross clearly barely escaped a run in with law.
