No Doubt, who haven’t released an album since their double platinum 2001 Rock Steady, announced via their website on Friday the release date for their upcoming album.

In the video uploaded to YouTube, the band announced that their new album will be in stores on September 15, 2012. Check out the announcement:

It will be interesting to see how their sound has matured as they got older, and had kids and such. I would assume that their single will come out sometime during the summer. I’ll be interested to check it out!
