Flo Rida has been ordered to pay up again. After being issued a $200,000 lawsuit last month for missing various Canadian concert dates,  the Miami party rapper has been ordered by an Australian judge to pay more than $400,000 for an October no-show.

According to the Sydney Morning Herald, the ubiquitous performer waited until the last minute to inform organizers of Newcastle’s Fat As Butter event that he would not go on with his scheduled performance.

Flo Rida was onstage when he allegedly refused to kick off his set as producers of the show informed audience members that he “slept in and will not be able to make the concert.”

The fans in attendance reportedly paid up to $110 for a ticket. Handlers for the gig were slammed with messages on Facebook and Twitter, which led to the departure of important sponsors and a drop in ticket sales.

While reps for Flo Rida did not attend the court hearing, the judge awarded Mothership Music, the company in charge of Fat As Butter, $380,400 in damages as well as $37,745 in legal fees.

“All of these angry patrons demanded a refund,” Judge Gibson said. “The no-show by Flo Rida damaged the trading reputation of the plaintiff, impacting its ability to stage future events, attract patrons and compete with rivals in the music event industry.”
