As electronic dance music continues to make inroads towards the heart of the American mainstream, superstar dubstep producer Skrillex has pushed the paradigm even further by providing original music for Disney’s latest high-flying animated feature, Wreck-It-Ralph.

Skrillex was picked specifically to write the game-play music for the video game-themed movie, resulting in the new track “Bug Hunt,” which has been given the remix treatment by Dutch electronic music trio Noisia. This is not the first time Noisia has worked with the dubstep star, as the Dutchmen offered up a remix of “Scary Monsters & Nice Sprites” for the Skrillex EP of the same name.

“The mood of that game world is high-energy and futuristic,” Skrillex said in a release. “I make music with many different colors of the emotional spectrum—this reflects a more aggressive side of my music.”

While the track was previewed in film footage earlier this month, Noisia have now posted the entire track to their Soundcloud page, and it can be streamed here.

The recently-released Wreck-It Ralph soundtrack also features music from Owl City, Rihanna and massive Japanese girl-group army AKB48.
