Lady Gaga is caught in the middle of a legal suit filed in 2011 by her former personal assistant, Jennifer O’Neill.

O’Neill worked for Gaga on two separate occasions between early 2009 and March 2011 during the time the singer’s career took flight. She claims that Gaga owes her over $393,000, plus damages, for 7,168 hours of unpaid overtime.

The hot tempered Mother Monster roared during a six hour testimony yesterday.

Court records obtained by The New York Post show that Gaga called O’Neill a “f****** hood rat who is suing me for money that she didn’t earn.”

Gaga insists that her employees only work eight-hour days, therefore no one gets paid overtime. Plus Gaga reportedly indulges her employees with perks that come with the luxuries of being a Fame Monster, like staying in five star hotels, eating $3,000 meals and flying in private planes.

“She’s just — she thinks she’s just like the queen of the universe,” said Gaga, according to records obtained by The New York Post. “And, you know what, she didn’t want to be a slave to one, because in my work and what I do, I’m the queen of the universe every day.”

Not only did she ripe her former assistant a new one, but she even told the women’s attorney off in the process.

“No, no, no. Listen, listen, sir, if you’re going to ask me questions for the next five hours, I am going to tell you exactly what f****** happened, so that the judge can read on this transcript exactly what’s going on. This whole case is bulls***, and you know it,” said Gaga.
