Amidst rumors that she and fiance Liam Hemsworth have split, Miley Cyrus isn’t necessarily keeping a low profile. Celebrity tattooist Kat Von D just today posted a photo of the latest tatto that Miley has added to her body. And even though it is a heart, don’t let that make you think that it’s exactly romantic.

The tattoo is a recreation of an anatomical heart drawn by renowned inventor and artist Leonardo da Vinci, complete with pumping ventricles and all. Miley then retweeted to all of her fans.

While it’s definitely not the classic heart associated with love, it’s definitely pretty “rad.”
