Katy Perry and John Mayer have split yet again!

The couple started dating last summer, only 6 months after Katy’s split from ex husband, Russell Brand.

The pair briefly broke up in August but started dating again in September.

Katy sent out a cryptic tweet on Monday which has us thinking that’s when the drama un-folded.

The Mercury Retrograde is believed to cause turmoil, which could have alluded to tension with her man.

Katy and John were one of the golden couples at the GRAMMYs this year but the pairs busy schedules were too much to keep them together. Katy recently started recording her third album in LA and Mayer is set to start touring soon.

Although I am kind of sad on news on the split… it does mean John Mayer is back on the market and who can complain about that?!
