Apparently,  someone who lives in her apartment building called the police on her because she was smoking a joint in the lobby.

A source then says, when the cops arrived at her building to confront her, she threw the bong out of the window… from the 36th floor.

Lavigne told MTV that Manson helped bring her out her naughty side on the song “Bad Girl, ” which will be on her untitled album, due out this September. At the last minute while recording the track Lavigne texted Manson, who she’s known since she was 18 years old, and just asked if he’d be willing to come by.

“He’s like, ‘I’ll come over and I’ll hear it,’” she explained. “So he came at 4 o’clock in the morning… Yes, it was one of those nights.”

Jenner has since taken down her Tweet. She recently spoke with MTV about happier news, her sister Kim’s impending motherhood and her future as an aunt.

“I mean we’re all pretty excited. It still hasn’t hit me yet, so I don’t know,” she said.

The Kardashians will be celebrating their new family and cast member on June 2 for Kim Kardashian’s baby shower. According to MTV News, the invites have been sent and include a music box which played “a lullaby version of boyfriend Kanye West‘s 2005 Late Registration cut, ‘Hey Mama.’” A-list singers Beyoncé and Fergie have been invited.

The new season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians also premieres later that night on E!

Just a few weeks after the massive Twitter feud between One Direction and The Wanted, boy band BTR is getting in on some boy band action.

However their “beef” is minimal and really, isn’t beef. They’re actually complimenting The Wanted.

Recently, BTR released a music video for “Like Nobody’s Around,” and in the video they pay homage to boy bands of the past like *NSYNC, Backstreet Boys and more.

On the heels of BTR’s release, The Wanted  released their new music video for their single, “Walks Like Rihanna” and paid homage to the same boy bands as BTR.

BTR said recently that The Wanted did almost the exact same thing in their video, but that they’re just paying homage to bands of the past.

Bey’s picks are a mish-mash of things you might expect her to wear on-stage as Mrs. Carter for her current world tour, dresses she could rock on a beach, and red carpet wear. Her boutique choices include designs from Halston Heritage, Badgley Mischka, Versace, Opening Ceremony, Erin Fetherston — and, surprisingly, a Kate Spade chiffon and sparkles t-shirt dress even makes an appearance. The overarching theme seems to be: short and sparkly just like her Julien Macdonald-designed tour costumes.

In March, Jepsen revealed her partnership with American Idol and Coca-Cola for their Perfect Harmony campaign. The eight-week project had fans involved in everything from the lyrics to what she’d wear onstage to perform the song on the American Idol finale.

The finished product was released Tuesday (May 21) to iTunes, but fans saw the final results on last week’s episode of American Idol. Prancing around the stage singing that she’ll “take a picture of you taking a picture of me,” the end product is one very catchy, synthy summer jam, albeit a meta one.

Her album is also reportedly being produced by her ex-boyfriend Afrojack.

Signing her was actually a bit genius of Lil’ Wayne and his crew. Everyone is having a fit over her signing to the label, it definitely created that buzz I’m sure they wanted.

The year was 2002, and Eve was still riding high on her GRAMMY win for the first-ever Best Rap/Sung Collaboration prize with No Doubt singer Gwen Stefani, “Let Me Blow Ya Mind.” Her third album, Eve-Olution, would peak at No. 6 on the Billboard 200 album chart, thanks to the Alicia Keys-assisted, No. 2 single “Gangsta Lovin’.”

Now more than a decade later, the woman once known as the “First Lady” of the Ruff Ryders hip-hop crew led by rapper DMX is back with her fourth album, Lip Lock, released last week (May 14) on her own record label, From The Rib.

“All of my decisions are tough right now, because it’s me,” she told Radio.com, adding that she now has the final word on everything from music videos to choosing her singles. “But I still have a huge support system. I have an amazing team of people. Not that I didn’t have that at Ruff Ryders, but there were extra hangers-on. I don’t have hangers-on like I used to. It is more of a business now. I love it, I think it’s fun. I definitely know a lot more information than I ever thought I should know!”

Titled One Direction: Where We Are: Our Band, Our Story, their book will be released on August 27, just days before their film hits theaters. Yesterday (May 21) the band released the book cover to fans via Twitter and the 1D newsletter.

The only official book from the band, Where We Are: Our Band, Our Story, follows their journey throughout the past year and a half. It includes their “thoughts and feelings, hopes and dreams, highs and lows.”

The film, due out August 30, promises to also give a behind the scenes look of the band, as the video trailers show the band backstage, on tour and during music video and photo shoots as well as showcasing their practical joke side.

From the booth at Williamsburg, Brooklyn, nightclub Output, the 73-year-old spins a tale of recording “Love to Love You Baby” with Donna Summer, kicking everyone out of the studio and dimming the lights so she would feel inspired enough to moan just right.

And soon enough, he says the words that so many on the floor came to hear: “My name is Giovanni Giorgio, but you can call me Giorgio” (just slightly different than how he phrases it on the record). With that, the beat for Daft Punk’s “Giorgio by Moroder” drops, and the staggeringly brutal sound system at Output carries Giorgio Moroder into the future.

On the eve of Random Access Memories’ release, it seemed odd to be celebrating an Italian producer whose connection to the record was at most tangential, if influential. But his influence on disco and funk (and subsequently, Daft Punk) is undeniable, evidenced by the rousing cheers for his spin of the aforementioned Donna Summer classic.

The party that hosted Giorgio is called Deep Space, a Monday night jam hosted by Paradise Garage and Studio 54 veteran Francois K that’s become a fixture in Manhattan’s West Village. This particular event was put on by the Red Bull Music Academy, and the crowd skewed young — a room filled with twenty- and thirtysomethings gawking at a senior citizen who made the records their parents got wild to in the discotheques. The music had transcended generations.
